What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with long-term care facilities
• serve as the primary pharmacy contact for facility leadership and staff
• conduct routine visits and account reviews, generally every six to eight weeks
• maintain territory schedules and contact lists
• coordinate resolution of facility concerns
• communicate pharmacy updates
• document account issues and resolutions
• assist with onboarding new accounts
• attend weekly account manager meetings and maintain facility information in the pharmacy database.
