What you'll do

• Lead and develop the legal operations team
• oversee RFQ/RFP processes and the Legal Jira intake queue
• approve Salesforce quotes requiring legal review
• support Sales and account teams on legal matters
• review and negotiate NDAs and similar agreements
• own legal technology strategy and systems
• maintain contract records, templates, and retention practices
• define legal operations KPIs and dashboards
• manage quoting and contracting processes
• support entity governance, insurance renewals, data privacy, compliance operations, and outside counsel management.
