General Warehouse and Production Worker

Job overview

The General Warehouse and Production Worker role is onsite in Brooklyn Park, MN, with a choice of first shift (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) or second shift (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday; occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work may be needed. Pay is $17–$22 per hour. International Packaging creates promotional packaging and marketing solutions, with this role supporting its Production, Hand Bindery, and Folding Departments. This role helps keep production moving by operating equipment, inspecting materials and products, and supporting workflow across departments. Its work contributes to department run-rate goals and the quality of finished products.

What you'll do

• Operate equipment and tools such as tape guns
• inspect materials and products for quality
• move among machines, racks, and work areas
• frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• support production flow and team efficiency across departments.
