Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance Assistant is an onsite, full-time day-shift role in Matawan, NJ, paying $20.00–$22.00 per hour. At Complete Care at Madison, the maintenance team helps provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. The role performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance, responds to work orders, and troubleshoots building and equipment issues. By supporting the Maintenance Director and keeping facility systems functional, the assistant contributes to the facility’s day-to-day operations and resident environment.

What you'll do

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• respond to maintenance requests and work orders
• help maintain a safe and functional environment
• ensure equipment and building systems operate efficiently
• follow safety procedures and maintenance protocols
• support the Maintenance Director with daily projects and repairs.
