Maintenance Associate

The Maintenance Associate role is onsite at the listed worksite in Longview, TX, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; hours may vary, and occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. The role supports maintenance and shop operations in an oilfield-support environment. Working under direct supervision, the associate performs assigned maintenance activities and supports equipment delivery in line with operational demand. The role contributes to maintenance efficiency, asset availability, accurate maintenance records, safety compliance, and continuous improvement while developing skills through a structured mentor program and company-provided training.

What you'll do

• Support maintenance and shop operations
• follow safety procedures and work instructions
• work under a structured mentor program until qualified for assigned duties independently
• participate in company-provided training and certifications
• maintain attendance, performance, and safety standards
• perform assigned maintenance activities under direct supervision
• accurately capture maintenance data in TLM business systems
• comply with TLM standards and competency requirements
• support continuous improvement initiatives.
