Senior Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Manage 4–7 senior, staff, and principal engineers, with planned growth to 10–12
• write code, review designs, and debug complex problems
• ship customer-facing, evaluation-driven AI products
• coach engineers and develop future leaders
• own hiring, onboarding, and team growth
• connect engineering decisions to business outcomes with tax professionals and customer-facing teams.
