What you'll do

• Coordinate fleet lease sale-day activities
• maintain vehicle and pricing information in auction systems
• establish and verify vehicle files and sale documentation
• coordinate title receipt and approval
• review inventory and vehicle reports
• work with internal departments on vehicle preparation and sale timelines
• follow up on billing reconciliation and missing information
• communicate vehicle status and requirements
• maintain accurate records.
