Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Barnstable, MA, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. The aide works one-on-one with members in their homes, following individualized care plans. The role helps members with daily activities and mobility, supports meals and a safe home environment, records care and observations, and communicates changes or concerns to a supervisor. Companionship and conversation also help keep members engaged.

What you'll do

• Assist members with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and safe mobility
• support meal preparation and healthy eating routines
• maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping, laundry, and changing bed linens
• document care and observations
• report concerns or changes in condition to a supervisor
• and provide companionship and conversation.
