Real Property Analyst

The Real Property Analyst is a full-time onsite role supporting federal real property initiatives in Landover, MD; compensation is $26–$33 per hour. Premier Group Services supports government clients with real property accountability, audits, and related consulting services.

What you'll do

• Review federal real property records and documentation, assemble facility folders, upload key supporting documents, and make approved corrections in NexGen IT or a comparable database.
• Conduct installation visits and existence-and-completeness surveys, verify asset conditions, reconcile records, identify documentation gaps, and coordinate site visits with Regional Leads.
• A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of federal real property accountability or auditing experience are required.
