What you'll do

• Lead individual and group activities tailored to residents
• bring activities to room-confined residents
• adapt activities to cognitive and physical abilities
• help build and distribute the activity calendar
• gather resident input
• organize activity spaces and supplies
• monitor safety hazards
• support social dining
• document participation and updates
• participate in drills and required training.
