Resident Care Assistant (RCA)

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, meals, and personal care
• provide companionship and emotional support
• respond to resident requests and emergency-call systems
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care
• follow service plans and safety procedures
• provide medication reminders and permitted assistance with self-administration as authorized and assigned.
