What you'll do

• Initiate lockout/tagout and notify affected associates
• diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs
• inspect and repair ball screws, spindles, CNC pallet changers, and automatic tool changer arms
• perform preventive and predictive checks
• use PLC ladder logic for diagnosis
• perform basic CNC operations and electrical component installation
• update and close work orders in the CMMS
• participate in 5S objectives.
