What you'll do

• Lead a surgical services division of approximately 125 FTEs across 23 operating rooms in two locations, supported by a director and three managers
• drive strategic planning and business development
• identify service offerings, technology advances, and market opportunities
• direct evidence-based practices and patient-safety initiatives
• oversee capacity planning, volume forecasting, and admission/discharge coordination
• develop operating and capital budgets and manage costs and labor productivity
• cultivate physician alignment and referral networks.
