What you'll do

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers and client books using QuickBooks Online
• prepare financial statements, adjusting entries, and trial balances
• prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities
• communicate with clients about reports, filings, and compliance
• identify tax-saving opportunities
• onboard clients and implement accounting systems
• collaborate with team members
• review and train junior bookkeepers.
