What you'll do

• Supervise residents and manage behavior
• provide behavioral interventions for mental health and detoxing clients
• implement therapeutic activities and independent-living skills development
• educate and support clients on symptom management and coping skills
• plan daily therapeutic direction with staff
• maintain client service records
• oversee house cleanliness and resident tasks
• attend team meetings
• facilitate client transportation as needed
• maintain confidentiality. Focal group discussions may be facilitated.
