What you'll do

• Support center operations and daily management
• maintain Colorado licensing compliance and accurate child and staff files
• manage enrollment paperwork, medication documentation, and administrative records
• coach and support teachers
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• build relationships with children, families, and staff
• help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
• support classroom ratios and step into classrooms as needed
• and assist with scheduling and staffing.
