What you'll do

• Develop sales opportunities using outbound lists, CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups
• communicate with customers to identify needs and sales opportunities
• answer questions and resolve concerns by phone and email
• explain product and service features
• maintain prospect databases and research leads
• stay current on products, services, and competitor offers
• handle a high volume of calls
• use Microsoft Excel and Word
• work Monday–Friday, 8–5 or 9–6, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
