Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support (Remote, Sun–Wed Overnight)

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals using remote support tools. Analyze system performance, respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email, manage priority-based ticket queues, document resolutions, recommend pharmacy workflow changes, and monitor systems to reduce downtime. The scheduled shift is Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. CST
• some work-related travel may be required.
