Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite at Carrollton Regional Medical Center in Carrollton, TX. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team supports food service at the medical center. The supervisor directs associates during an assigned shift, ensuring work expectations are completed and policies and procedures are followed. The role supports safe, quality, and productive unit operations through training, scheduling, performance oversight, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Direct associate activities during a shift
• train employees and create work schedules
• evaluate performance and recognize or discipline employees as appropriate
• prepare production or sales reports
• ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• and respond to employee complaints or time-off requests. May mentor and develop employees.
