What you'll do

• Provide professional and reliable client service
• develop relationships with assigned high-revenue clients
• research and troubleshoot product issues
• conduct proactive client meetings by conference call and potentially onsite
• maintain expert knowledge of products and partnerships
• facilitate resolution of open issues
• participate in client calls with Client Relationship Managers when needed
• assist with special projects
• work overtime as needed, especially at year-end.
