What you'll do

• Set up and maintain the field office and secure the project
• interpret plans and specifications
• identify potential issues and alert the project manager
• support project startup, layout, and schedules
• monitor work and quality
• maintain look-ahead schedules
• conduct subcontractor and safety meetings
• manage submittals, punch lists, closeout, and jobsite documentation
• communicate project issues and maintain relationships with subcontractors, architects, and owners.
