What you'll do

• Conduct apartment and community tours
• explain lease documents
• assist with applicant screening and affordable housing program compliance where applicable
• support move-in readiness with the Property Manager
• maintain leasing and traffic data
• respond to inquiries
• use sales and marketing strategies to support occupancy goals
• coordinate resident events
• participate in company training
• provide professional customer service.
