What you'll do

• Inspect facility areas, parking lots, and grounds
• report safety issues
• perform minor repairs and installations involving appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, and building systems
• assist with preventive maintenance and HVAC scheduling
• remove snow and ice
• monitor vendors
• coordinate grounds upkeep
• perform rough painting, concrete, and plaster repairs
• move furniture and equipment.
