What you'll do

• Manage a litigation caseload from intake through trial or resolution
• conduct and defend depositions
• draft and argue dispositive and pretrial motions
• serve as first or second chair in trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
• and manage client relationships, risk evaluation, and strategy with institutional clients and insurers.
