Job overview

The Executive Director | Alabama Region role is hybrid, with in-person work three days per week in either Montgomery or Birmingham, AL, and remote work often two days per week. Compensation is $170,000–$212,500 per year. Braven prepares college students for strong first career opportunities through a career-accelerating program. The director leads the potential launch and oversight of Braven’s Alabama region, including higher education partnerships, fundraising, regional strategy, and team development. The role is intended to build the partnerships, funding, and leadership needed to establish and sustain regional programming.

• Develop and implement regional strategy

• maintain university and employer relationships
• raise regional brand awareness
• lead fundraising and funding diversification
• recruit and develop regional staff
• manage regional leaders and serve on the organization’s Alignment Team.
