What you'll do

• Provide QA guidance in GMP AAV manufacturing and cleanroom operations
• supervise, coach, train, and develop junior team members
• review and approve batch records, logbooks, and controlled documentation
• support document control
• collaborate with Process Development, Analytical Development, and Manufacturing
• assist with deviations, root-cause analysis, CAPA, audits, and inspections
• support scheduling and task oversight.
