What you'll do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time, quality product delivery
• develop and communicate program schedules
• interface with customers and internal teams through NPI, sustaining, and EOL
• establish customer contracts and monitor terms
• track performance metrics
• develop cost models
• resolve customer and product issues
• secure capacity and manpower
• address supply-chain disruptions
• oversee engineering change orders and change management
• lead process improvement teams.
