What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, train, manage, and retain staff
• oversee branch and onsite operations
• manage staffing levels, overtime, payroll, and expenditures
• coach and develop employees
• conduct meetings and orientations
• address employee concerns and partner with Human Resources on investigations
• maintain employee records
• monitor client worksites
• collaborate with Sales, Human Resources, and Safety.
