Reconstruction Coordinator

What you'll do

• Support project managers and coordinate workloads
• answer calls and emails from customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors
• schedule inspections and obtain insurance and adjuster information
• maintain job information, notes, documentation, and files in RMS-Dash
• manage vendor files and compliance requirements
• coordinate monthly vendor billing and follow up on assignments
• request assignments through vendor management programs
• track employee certifications and background checks
• schedule and coordinate contracting work.
