What you'll do

• Administer national school lunch and breakfast programs
• monitor the food service budget and financial controls
• plan and evaluate food distribution, storage, production, merchandising, and service
• support staffing policies and hiring recommendations
• manage procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution
• set program goals and evaluate effectiveness
• oversee menus, schedules, inventory, cash control, and cost containment
• prepare required reports and reimbursement requests.
