Its purpose is to ensure F/A-18 aircraft maintenance is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with Navy maintenance standards before aircraft return to service.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise scheduled and unscheduled organizational-level F/A-18 maintenance
• troubleshoot, repair, modify, inspect, and test aircraft systems and components
• guide and mentor maintenance personnel
• conduct CDI inspections and verify maintenance before return to service
• serve as QASO during hazardous maintenance operations
• enforce safety procedures and document maintenance and inspection results.
