What you'll do

• Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen
• maintain mise en place and inventory
• notify the chef, sous chef, or manager when items are low
• follow prep lists and recipes
• maintain health and safety standards
• cook menu items to specifications and coordinate timing with kitchen staff.
