What you'll do

• Assist with meal preparation and portion allocation
• complete resident checklists and report results to the cook or Culinary Director
• assist with meal service and monitor food and beverage temperatures
• report substandard food quality
• bus tables and wash dishes
• clean equipment and dining and kitchen areas
• handle, store, and dispose of food according to regulations
• load and unload the dishwasher and store equipment properly.
