What you'll do

• Lead field HVAC/R and cooking-equipment personnel
• ensure staffing for service and maintenance work
• coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment with the installation/job department
• support technician training
• review callbacks and incomplete tickets
• address callbacks
• assist with on-call scheduling and responsibilities
• conduct performance reviews
• and work with management to support client satisfaction. The role includes responsibility for ensuring after-hours and weekend calls are completed promptly.
