What you'll do

• Develop classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• model and coach the teaching team
• create individual and group activities supporting children’s social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• communicate with parents through discussions, progress reports, and conferences
• uphold center policies and state regulations
• maintain classroom hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• supervise assistants and volunteers
• maintain records
• develop a professional development plan.
