The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Blue River, CO. Compensation is $26 per hour, and the schedule offers 30–40 hours per week with AM shifts from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or PM shifts from 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. First Chair Destinations manages vacation homes in ski towns and coastal destinations. The technician maintains vacation rental properties so homes remain in good condition and guests and owners receive responsive service. The role handles general repairs and preventive maintenance, responds to maintenance issues, and coordinates with vendors across multiple properties in the assigned market.

What you'll do

• Travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily
• perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• troubleshoot appliances, cable and Wi-Fi, basic HVAC, and light plumbing issues
• coordinate owner-approved maintenance tickets and third-party vendors
• maintain guest and owner satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and cost standards
• participate in the maintenance team’s on-call rotation
• maintain hot tubs as needed
• collect and remove trash and debris.
