What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day field operations
• coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders
• plan site logistics, deliveries, sequencing, and inspections
• review plans and field conditions for conflicts
• maintain quality control, organization, and jobsite safety
• coordinate with project managers
• document updates in Buildertrend and company systems
• communicate with clients and design professionals
• mentor field leaders
• maintain look-ahead plans.
