What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor and ensure associates present appropriate product solutions
• pursue customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, payroll, and expense goals
• manage staffing, orientation, training, and scheduling
• participate in leadership meetings and serve as manager-in-charge when needed
• execute advertising and visual merchandising standards
• coach and document associate feedback
• review profit-and-loss statements and sales reports
• lead opening and closing procedures
• manage freight, merchandise processing, cycle counts, and inventory control
• maintain safety and operational standards
• partner with store and regional HR leadership on human-resource matters.
