What you'll do

• Manage marketing staff, including hiring, work allocation, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and recognition.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate sales leads at an allowable cost.
• Oversee marketing materials and campaigns across video, print, events, television, radio, social media, email, mobile, and web.
• Liaise with community and civic organizations and pursue promotional opportunities.
