The Kitchen Assistant position is onsite in Marshfield, MA, part-time, with pay of $15–$20 per hour based on experience. The role supports Levitate’s culinary crew and restaurant kitchen operations. The assistant keeps kitchen spaces, dishes, and equipment clean and organized, helps with deliveries and other assigned tasks, and supports safe, efficient service. The position also provides an opportunity to learn back-of-house operations and potentially move onto the line in the future.

What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes
• clean kitchen equipment, machines, and appliances
• unload and organize deliveries
• sweep and mop floors
• take out trash and rinse garbage cans
• assist restaurant staff with other tasks as needed and directed
• report kitchen accidents or food safety violations
• follow food safety basics and maintain a positive, team-oriented approach.
