Field Clinical Coordinator

What you'll do

• Train nurses and caregivers on device operation, maintenance, and interpretation of readings
• provide onsite and remote support for common device and system issues
• coordinate telehealth assessments with Nurse Practitioners
• support basic patient reviews for stable patients
• troubleshoot device and connectivity issues and escalate complex cases
• maintain or replace faulty devices and apply firmware updates
• coordinate device installation, calibration, pairing, and setup tests
• follow HIPAA, safety, and infection-control requirements
• document service activity
• manage device inventory and deployment records
• coordinate with clinical, installation, technical support, engineering, product, and logistics teams.
