Underground Mine Foreman

The Underground Mine Foreman role is an onsite position at a project location 65 miles outside Elko, NV; compensation is not specified. Reporting to the Project Manager, the foreman oversees underground crew assignments so production targets are met safely and efficiently. The role leads safety and compliance, coordinates equipment and maintenance needs, and supports crew performance and planning.

• Promote safe work practices

• schedule and assign crew and equipment work
• manage direct-report performance and attendance
• coordinate production planning with Project Managers and equipment reliability with the Maintenance Foreman
