The Construction Rental Project Coordinator & Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Sonora, CA. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The role coordinates equipment rentals from quote conversion through delivery, return, close-out, and invoicing. It keeps equipment reservations, transportation, documentation, and customer billing aligned so contractors and yard teams can coordinate equipment efficiently.

What you'll do

• Convert equipment orders and accepted quotes into reservations
• communicate reservations to the Modesto or Sonora yard and flag transportation needs
• source and schedule equipment transportation
• collect and verify delivery and pickup photos, times, fuel levels, and machine hours
• enter records into Rentera
• confirm return dates
• close out orders
• charge cards or generate invoices
• send invoices and confirm receipt
• hand off closed orders for collections
• and verify customer information before sending.
