What you'll do

• Keep grounds and common areas clean and fixtures in working order
• complete assigned service requests and repairs
• inspect the property and report hazards or repairs
• clean parking areas, garages, walkways, entryways, and hallways
• remove trash
• assist with vacant-unit cleaning, snow removal, and pool or amenity cleaning as assigned.
