What you'll do

• Review discharged patient charts for required documentation and provider notes
• issue deficiencies, amendments, or corrections to providers through Epic and Epic chat
• analyze electronic health record data for inconsistencies and determine appropriate corrective action
• complete chart analysis and reanalysis in a timely manner.
