What you'll do

• Deliver therapeutic interventions
• conduct CANS/ANSA assessments and develop or update individualized treatment plans
• provide structured face-to-face sessions
• implement skill-building and rehabilitative strategies
• help clients identify triggers, coping mechanisms, and social supports
• provide crisis intervention under agency protocols
• collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, families, schools, and community resources
• complete documentation within 48 hours
• maintain records in compliance with Texas standards
• participate in supervision, training, meetings, and team consultations
• maintain an assigned caseload.

Why this role
