The assistant general manager partners with the General Manager and Area Leader to carry out store action plans, manage operational and financial performance, and develop hourly team members, helping deliver consistent food quality and guest service.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to customer concerns
• track sales and cash
• assist with financial reports, food safety, and operational records.
