Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The Lash Artist role is onsite in Rogers, AR; Deka Lash provides lash artistry and related services to clients. The artist performs lash services and tinting while supporting client satisfaction through consultations, recommendations, and studio service. The role also promotes products and services, maintains sanitation standards, and contributes to studio cleaning.

What you'll do

• Perform lash artistry and tinting
• upsell products and services
• check clients in and out
• provide customer service
• follow sanitation and industry standards
• consult with clients and design lash styles based on preferences and needs
• promote products and educate clients on home care
• maintain appointment books
• participate in studio cleaning.
