What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security service delivery on the assigned shift
• act as liaison between the site supervisor, account or field operations manager, and security officers
• supervise assigned staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
• prepare written reports and logs
• handle common and crisis situations calmly.
