What you'll do

• Provide medical direction and clinical oversight
• consult with psychiatric providers and clinical staff
• participate in leadership and treatment meetings
• review policies, medication protocols, charts, incidents, and quality improvement
• conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• develop treatment plans
• prescribe and monitor medications
• provide follow-up care, psychoeducation, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation.
